Enemies everywhere, no lightsaber and Obi-Wan is going on about the blaster not being good enough? He deserved to be shot.

Oh man, that Padawan dialogue between Anakin and Obi-Wan... :(

I really enjoyed the moment between Anakin and Obi-Wan in which they are discussing how Obi-Wan would feel is his Padawan was a "failure." It gives us insight on how Anakin views Ahsoka's departure from the Jedi Order. He both misses her and somewhat despises her for leaving. Even though we may understand why she left (aside from not being present in Episode III), Anakin just doesn't get it. This conversation is the highlight of the episode, aside from the comment of Anakin never failing Obi-Wan. That was a little heavy handed.

Anakin with the blaster would have been really cool if this thing was fully animated. It reminded me of an old Western. We are seeing Anakin in rare form, killing as many beings as possible at this point. He kills two of those Amani by Force-activating light sabers. This is pretty brutal.

I laughed so much when Obi-Wan says, "that's no mound, that's a space ship." This callback to Episode IV is so blatant that I can't even be mad at it. Bravo to whoever wrote that but of dialogue (assuming it was Daniel Arkin).

3/5

Did Obi-Wan believe that that was Anakin's plan? I thought that was just a one liner, but they kept referencing it as if Obi-Wan believed him.

One would think that the Separatists' reputation for killing their business partners would get around. It's super obvious that's what Dooku's talking about.

This episode seems like a fun episode with Obi-Wan and Anakin bantering, but those sometimes miss the mark. I can't really tell without the full animation. One thing that did seem to go against the feel of the episode is Anakin complaining about Ahsoka.
